Linear structural elements according to EN 13225:2013

We produce columns mostly of rectangular cross-section (possibly also another type of cross-section), with or without brackets to which roof girders, beam trays or storey beams are installed.

The height of columns depends on the type of building being constructed, the height of the building, transport, engineering requirements etc.

The column head is adjusted to the structural requirements and it does not have to be of standard shape.

The dimensions of cross-section and the length of columns (columns with dimensions of over 30 m were also made) are in accordance with structural requirements given the imposed load and the purpose of the building.

Beams assume vertical and horizontal load in structures and are the main girders (storey or roof beams).

We produce precast prestressed beams of various cross-sections.

They are used as the main girders of roof structures, crane girders, storey structures girders as well as facade and tie beams.

Their range is usually from 5 to 35 meters.

L and OT:

T-section roof girder:

  • Adjustable height (up to 100 cm) and width (ribs and upper flange)

  • Maximum beam length is L=12 m2 (even up to 15 m2)

ROOF A GIRDERS – the frame consists of lateral sides and inserts with a length of L=1.0 m2 or 2.0 m2

RIBBED FLOOR ELEMENTS according to EN 13224:2011

Ribbed floor elements include TT slabs. These ribbed slabs are used to bridge larger spans.

FLOOR PLATES FOR FLOOR SYSTEMS – OMNIA FLOORING SLABS according to EN 13747:2005+A2:2010

Thin semi pre-fabricated reinforced concrete slabs are used primarily for the construction of storey structures in buildings. They are usually called Omnia or filigree slabs and have been in use for many years. They are usually of a width of 220 cm (MA mash width is 215 cm) and with a standard thickness of 5 to 6 cm, but these dimensions may vary. They replace formwork when installing reinforced concrete slabs. In the pre-production phase, the necessary reinforcement is placed in the slabs and openings and ceiling installation boxes are prepared thus ensuring that a certain amount of work is already complete in the pre-production phase. After the installation of the slabs in the building structure, the finishing of the reinforcement, installations and openings through columns is performed, and concreting can commence. The main reinforcement consists of MA mesh; RA bars are added as needed and R-girders must be installed at the specific distance as basic structural elements which ensure the rigidity of Omnia slabs in the phase of production, transport, assembly and installation of monolithic concrete in situ.

SPECIAL ROOF ELEMENTS – V-section girders according to EN 13693:2004+A1:2009

Special roof elements are elements that are rarely used. We produce special V-section roof girders. Such elements are mostly used in industrial halls.
