Production plant and elements
Spread over 9000 m2, our production facility in Sveta Helena is intended for the production of precast reinforced concrete elements. It is equipped with automated equipment for production and installation of concrete, manipulation and shipping of finished products. Daily production in the facility is carried out under controlled conditions. The rating system is 2+ according to EN standards.
We produce a wide range of precast concrete elements, including:
- Linear girders: such as columns and beams, which are crucial for the support and load-bearing capacity of various building structures. They include columns of different sections, T, A, I, L and OT girders.
- Ribbed ceiling elements (TT slabs): They are used to build solid and permanent ceilings, ensuring the safety and stability of buildings
- Floor plates for floor systems (Omnia flooring slabs): They enable the construction of stable and reliable floors that are suitable for different types of loads and use
- Special roof elements (V-girders): They are used for the construction of roof systems that can withstand different weather conditions and loads.
- Facade panels – thermally insulated or reinforced concrete panels
The elements are produced in standard or prestressed-type procedure according to project requirements. This approach enables the construction of structures with larger ranges and heights, with faster and more efficient execution. Reinforced concrete prefabricated structures offer numerous advantages. Thanks to dry installation, they enable fast construction regardless of weather conditions, even in the winter months. In addition, this method of construction is approximately 30% cheaper, more economical and of better quality than traditional on-site concrete construction. Installation is fast and without external influences since production is carried out under controlled conditions. Large construction ranges allow the construction of structures with the least number of internal columns, which is especially useful in industrial facilities. Reinforced concrete prefabricated structures consist of various elements such as columns, roof girders, beams, slabs and facade panels.
LINEAR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS according to EN 13225:2013
We produce columns mostly of rectangular cross-section (another type of cross-section is also possible), with or without brackets to which roof girders, crane beams or storey beams are installed.
The height of columns depends on the type of building being constructed, the height of the building, transport, engineering requirements, etc.
The column head is adjusted to the structural requirements and it does not have to be of standard shape.
The dimensions of the cross-section and the length of columns (columns with dimensions of over 30 m were also made) are in accordance with structural requirements given the load borne and the purpose of the building.
Beams bear vertical and horizontal load in structures and are the main girders (storey or roof beams).
We produce prefabricated prestressed beams of various cross-sections.
They are used as main girders of roof structures, crane girders, storey structure girders as well as facade and tie beams.
Their ranges are usually from 5 to 35 meters.
L and OT:
- Prestressed or standard reinforced beams
- Maximum height is h=80-100 cm
- Adjustable width
- Maximum length L=14 m2 (and larger)
T-section roof girder:
- Adjustable height (up to 100 cm) and width (ribs and upper flange)
- It can be prestressed
T-section roof beam:
- Adjustable height (from 55-70 cm and other) and width (rib and upper flange)
- Maximum beam length is L=12 m2 (even up to 15 m2)
- Standard or prestressing-type production
ROOF “A” GIRDER – the frame consists of lateral sides and inserts with a length of L=1.0 m2 or 2.0 m2
- Length ranges from 10 to a maximum of 34 m
- Maximum height of 260 cm

ROOF “I” GIRDERS
- Girder height is 100 cm + inserts ranging from 20 to 50 cm in height (height can be 100, 120, 150 or 170 cm)

SPECIAL ROOF ELEMENTS – V-section girder according to EN 13693:2004+A1:2009
Special roof elements are elements that are rarely used. We produce special V-section roof girders. Such elements are mostly used in industrial halls.

RIBBED FLOOR ELEMENTS according to EN 13224:2011
Ribbed floor elements include TT slabs. These ribbed slabs are used to bridge larger ranges.

FLOOR PLATES FOR FLOOR SYSTEMS – OMNIA FLOORING SLABS according to EN 13747:2005+A2:2010
Thin semi pre-fabricated reinforced concrete slabs are used primarily for the construction of storey structures in buildings. They are usually called Omnia or filigree slabs and have been in use for many years. They are usually of a width of 220 cm (MA mesh width is 215 cm) and with a standard thickness of 5 to 6 cm, but these dimensions may vary. They replace formwork when installing reinforced concrete slabs. In the pre-production phase, the necessary reinforcement is placed in the slabs, and openings and ceiling installation boxes are prepared thus ensuring that a certain amount of work is already complete in the pre-production phase. After the installation of the slabs in the building structure, the finishing of the reinforcement, installations and openings through columns is performed, and concreting can commence. The main reinforcement consists of MA mesh; RA bars are added as needed and R-girders must be installed at the specific distance as basic structural elements which ensure the rigidity of Omnia slabs in the phase of production, transport, assembly and installation of monolithic concrete in situ.

REINFORCED CONCRETE FACADE PANELS
- The length of reinforced concrete façade panels is determined by the project (dimensions are not limited)
- Thickness ranges from 10 cm to 40 cm
- Width/Height up to 2.6 m
- Possibility of three-layer panels with thermal insulation: mineral wool/expanded polystyrene
- Finishing of panels: NATUR, with the possibility of adaptation according to designer/investor requirements
